Support
Bindercle is built by one person. That's the good news (every email gets read) and the bad news (responses might take a day or two). Here's how to get in touch.
- General: pika@bindercle.app — bug reports, feature requests, billing questions, anything that doesn't fit below.
- Privacy: privacy@bindercle.app — data access / deletion requests, privacy policy questions.
- Security: security@bindercle.app — security vulnerabilities. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Report abuse: use the in-app Report button. It's faster than email and gets routed straight into moderation. For account-level abuse (impersonation, repeated violations), write to abuse@bindercle.app.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Settings → Delete account. The flow asks you to confirm twice (it's irreversible). When you tap the final confirmation, your account, profile, binders, pages, cards, comments, likes, saves, follows, and notifications all disappear immediately. There's no recovery — start fresh if you want to come back.
How do I export my data?
We don't have an in-app export yet. Email privacy@bindercle.app with the email tied to your account and we'll send you a JSON export of everything we have on you within 30 days.
How do I report someone?
Three places in the app:
- A binder — open the binder, tap the ··· button in the header overlay.
- A comment — tap the flag icon at the end of the comment row.
- A user — go to their profile, tap the ··· button next to Follow.
You can pick a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate, impersonation, something else). Reports are reviewed daily and we act — content removal, account suspension, permanent ban — within 24 hours when a violation is confirmed.
How do I block someone?
Same ··· menu on their profile — pick Block. They'll no longer see your content, you won't see theirs. Blocks are bidirectional and enforced at the server, not just in the UI. You can see and unblock anyone you've blocked from Settings → Privacy → Blocked accounts.
Why can't I sign in?
A few common things:
- Apple Sign In returns "Unacceptable build audience" — your dev client is from before the rename to Bindercle. Update to the latest TestFlight build.
- Google sign-in loops back to the sign-in screen — check that you allowed the OAuth popup in Safari, and that the email you used has access (closed beta is invite-only).
- Anything else — write to pika@bindercle.app with the error message and we'll dig in.
Will you support [Magic / Yu-Gi-Oh / Lorcana / sports cards]?
Eventually, maybe. We want to get Pokemon right first. If you'd like a specific TCG supported, send us a note — we keep a tally and prioritize what people ask for most.
Is Bindercle affiliated with Pokémon / The Pokémon Company / Nintendo?
No. Bindercle is an independent app built by a Pokemon TCG collector for Pokemon TCG collectors. Pokemon, the Pokémon logo, and individual card names and artwork are property of their respective owners. We're a collector showcase tool — not a Pokemon publisher and not affiliated with any.
